TIMELINE CREATION

I will help you with creating the timeline of your elopement day so that everything feels relaxed, intentional and optimized for the best light and weather conditions. I will also suggest photogenic accommodation options, activities and local vendors in the Canary Islands.

LOCATION SCOUTING

The location hunt is done first online, and then checked in person 1–2 days before the event. For elopements on the island of Tenerife — the location search can be done in person after booking your elopement photography package.

Get in touch and inquire about your date

Fill out my form below letting me know the details about your elopement – whether you have set a date, location, if you will have guests, etc. (Totally fine if plans are still vague, then the sky is the limit!) I will make sure to get back to you as soon as possible. If I am available for your preferred dates, we can do a video call where we get to know each other and you tell me more about your dream elopement and ask me any questions you might have.
And no worries if you need more time to decide – all of this is totally noncommittal.

We are a match and you book me to photograph Your Elopement

BOOKING PROCESS AND GUIDANCE

We will sign a contract and I will save the date so that I am not taking any other bookings for that day. We will keep in touch in the months and weeks leading up to your elopement day, providing additional guidance on creating the timeline, help with finding vendors, selecting the best locations for the ceremony and photos and finalizing any details.

You have THE ELOPEMENT of your dreams in The Canary Islands (or another dream destination) and I make sure it’s preserved forever

THE CELEBRATION AND BEYOND

I will be there to photograph the full story of your elopement day – from the getting ready to the mountaintop ceremony to the waterfall dip afterwards. In the days following the celebration, you will receive a small selection of Sneak Peak images to keep you company until your full gallery is ready to be delivered within the next 2 months.

YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED

Most definitely! I find inspiration in working in new and different locations, so I’m open to photographing your elopement pretty much anywhere. As a photographer living in Tenerife, I am able to provide you with more first-hand experience, tips and vendor recommendations locally. But because I have travelled to over 34 countries on 5 continents, I have acquired tools and experience for planning adventures in all kinds of different places — from New York to the Philippines, to Peru and Morocco.

Ideally 6 to 12 months in advance, especially if you are planning to elope on a weekend between the months of May to October.

But even if it’s shorter notice, feel free to reach out and ask for my availability. As a Canary Islands based elopement photographer, I might still be able to photograph your fun & spontaneous last-minute ceremony in Tenerife next week 🙂

Yes! I recently started implementing some candid video coverage with my elopement photography. As a result, as a bonus to your photos, you will receive a short, trailer-style candid compilation video from your elopement day. But keep in mind because I’m a one-woman show and my focus is mainly photography, I can’t offer you a fully comprehensive video coverage like a dedicated videographer would.
If you are looking for a more Hollywood-style production, I can point you to some of my talented colleagues who are specialized videographers, and with whom I’d gladly collaborate to capture your elopement day in the Canary Islands in both photo and video.

Honestly — anytime! You will hardly find a place with more consistent climate than the Canaries. Not too hot in summer, and not cold at all in winter. While it’s true that the northern parts of some of the islands can be a bit more rainy in the months from December to March, many places (especially south-facing) have an almost guaranteed sunshine and summer vibes year-round. And because of the many micro-climates on the islands – you rarely have to drive more than an hour to find the sun again. In my personal [and-totally-not-biased] opinion – The Canary Islands are the number one winter elopement location in Europe. Just look up the monthly average temperatures and you will know what I’m talking about. 🙂

For most international couples, it’s difficult to legally marry in the Canaries unless at least one partner is a Spanish resident. Because of this, many couples choose to complete the legal paperwork in advance in their home country and then have a symbolic elopement ceremony in the Canary Islands instead. That’s a very popular strategy for foreign couples looking to get married or elope here and it gives you complete freedom with location, timing, and style — whether that’s a beach ceremony in Lanzarote, a private villa celebration in Gran Canaria, or even an only-us elopement in Teide National Park in Tenerife. The possibilities are endless!
